BE PREPARED.
Not only will we learn everything we need to know about you and the relevant facts, we also evaluate your opponents. What are they leaving out of their claims or defenses and why? We consider their financial wherewithal and personal history. We study their attorneys. Very early, we gather and examine the likely evidence to find the most important pieces. We ask what we would do on the other side, and then we prepare to defeat those plans. A successful litigation strategy must account for the other side's strengths and weaknesses — to blunt the former and exploit the latter. We'll have your opponents covered.
